OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date your order is delivered if:

✔️ The item arrived damaged, defected, broken, or incomplete.

✔️ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, boxes, pouches, and protective stickers intact.

This policy applies to all orders delivered within Pakistan.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, simply:

Once approved, you’ll be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process all returns within 5–7 working days of receiving your parcel.

During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 14 working days, but we promise to keep you updated at every step.

DO WE OFFER REFUNDS?

At Angushtre, we primarily offer exchanges or store credit, as most of our items are limited collection pieces.

However, in cases where:

• Your requested replacement is unavailable, or

• No suitable solution can be provided,

a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Please note:
Shipping, handling, and return courier charges are non-refundable.
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days (depending on payment method).
